Head of Business Development & Events

Jo joined Pinnacle in 2020 and heads up business development within the practice. Her role involves managing the lead generation team alongside leading on any client events.

A key member of the management team, Jo is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for Pinnacle clients from those initial stages of building a connection to delivering the highest standard in client events.

Prior to working at Pinnacle, Jo worked in Sales and Events from the 5* hotel industry to becoming Head of Events for Theo Paphitis for several years.
