Head of Business Development & Events

Jo joined Pinnacle in 2020 and heads up business development within the practice. Her role involves managing the lead generation team alongside leading on any client events for the practice.

A key member of the management team, Jo is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for Pinnacle clients from those initial stages of building a connection to delivering the highest standard in client events.

Prior to working at Pinnacle, Jo worked in Sales and Events from the 5* hotel industry to becoming Head of Events for Theo Paphitis for several years.
