Transfers Team Manager

Natalia joined Pinnacle in 2018, taking on the responsibility for the paraplanning side of the business. With an extensive background in technical development, strategic planning, and user experience, Natalia’s expertise is focused on driving industry innovation while optimising both internal and external processes. As the Transfers Team Manager within the Paraplanning and Compliance Operations Department, Natalia is responsible for establishing complex new strategies and managing the processing and completion of transfers for clients, with a particular focus on pensions and investments in the ever-changing landscape of financial services.

Working closely with the Managing Director and the Director of Operations & Projects, alongside her amazing team, Natalia collaborates with the practice’s business administrators and financial advisers, while also managing key relationships with industry regulators and other external stakeholders. All aspects of the role are underpinned by a strong emphasis on compliance to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes.
The role is pivotal in supporting aspects of the Pinnacle Adviser Academy programme.

Before joining the Pinnacle team, Natalia worked in the computer gaming industry as an Online Community Manager.
